Pipeline Drilling at Tuscarawas River Resumes

(Thursday, February 8th) Tuscarawas County, Ohio – Horizontal directional drilling will continue along the Tuscarawas River after recent federal approval.

In a release, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced the decision for the Rover Pipeline.

Activates were halted previously due to reviews of protocols related to protective monitoring of Mainline B horizontal directional drilling.

The $4.2 million Rover Pipeline will be 713-miles and will transport domestically produced natural gas. The line is expected to be operational by the end of 2018’s first-quarter.
