Sophomore Students Learn About BCC Classes

<p>Mary Alice Reporting:

(Monday, November 13th) New Philadelphia, Ohio – Area sophomore students head to Buckeye Career Center this week to learn about the different programs available.

BCC Public Relations Coordinator Shyanne Carroll says around 1,000 students from 14 different schools will be exploring career opportunities beginning today.

As the students visit the five selected programs, they will be able to see current Buckeye students working and talk with the instructors.

“Very hands-on and exposing them to what the career center’s all about, and may be what they want to do with their lives and they don’t even know it yet.”

Buckeye serves school districts in Tuscarawas, Carroll, and Holmes counties.
