Trinity to Host Health Screening

Michaela Madison Reporting

(August 10th) Uhrichsville, Ohio – Trinity Hospital Twin City’s Community Outreach Department is announcing a health screening on Friday.

The event will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Mako’s Market on East Third Street in Uhrichsville.

Free blood pressure checks will be offered and blood tests to measure total cholesterol and glucose levels will be available for $10 a person.

This is part of the hospital’s regular monthly health screen program and includes measurements of HDL, LDL, and triglycerides for no additional charge.

No appointments are necessary.

For $5, health screen participants can receive a Hemoglobin A1C screening, a blood test that measures blood sugar levels over three months. Officials say A1C screenings can reveal how well a person is managing his/her diabetes.
