Betty Marie Dobson was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on September 12, 2021 at age 59.
She was born to John and Blanche Matthews on September 29, 1961. Betty graduated top of her class as a Licensed Practical Nurse and spent many years as a nurse and caregiver.
Betty loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She also was an avid mushroom hunter and enjoyed caring for her animals and watching UFC fights.
Betty is also survived by her children: Ryan (Heather) Dunlop, Josh Dunlop, and Dylan (Taylor) Dobson and her grandchildren Takoda Dunlop, Kenyon Dunlop, Grace Dunlop, and Alyssa Dunlop. Her siblings include brothers John (Debbie) Mathews, Roger (Sue) Mathews, and Mark (Nancy) Matthews and her sisters Tammy Mathews, Kelly Mathews, and Shirley Mathews. She was preceded in death by both her parents and her granddaughter Rese Dunlop.
