Bruce William Aegerter, 78, of Senecaville, passed away Sunday, November 7th, at Truman Community Hospice House in New Philadelphia. Born in Old Brooklyn Health Center, Cleveland on September 9, 1943, a son of the late William E. and Betty Ann (Deeds) Aegerter, also preceded in death by many loved canine companions.

A jack of all trades Bruce was most known for his expertise in car and motorcycle rebuilding and restoration, easy-going nature, and great sense of humor. A driver for the Guernsey County Senior  Center, he also delivered meals on wheels.

Survived by wife Lucy A. (Bridenbaugh) Aegerter with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage on October 28th; daughter Heidi Schaffer, of Brewster; sister Brenda J. Flinner, of Plain Township; 2 grandchildren Ian (Randi) Aegerter, Ethan (Katelyn) Aegerter and 2 great-grandchildren Mason and Cameron Aegerter as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members, beloved friends and dog Klinger. A memorial service will be held from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 14th in the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Center, 1022 Carlisle Ave, Cambridge 43725.
