Celtic Rush will be there on Sunday at 2pm in the north reading room of the building.
The traditional Irish band consists of seven friends who have been making music since 2012. They have performed across Northeastern Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia and perform music, but not always in a traditional way.
