Mary Alice Reporting – The Tuscarawas County Health Department has announced that testing kits are available, as supplies allow, for larger organizations.
Requests for the COVID-19 tests are being accepted for local businesses and organizations, with a max of 45 tests per request. Each kit has two tests. This is on a first-come, first-served basis and those interested must do so online at the link https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx…
If a request is accepted, the department will make contact for pick-up but if unable to obtain the kits within 48 to 72 hours, the tests will be re-distributed. Anyone with questions can email email@example.com.
The department stresses that this request is not for individuals or families and notes that those at-home testing kits are still available Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, in the Dover locations lobby. Drive-up rapid and PCR testing by appointment is also still available and appointments can be made by calling 330-343-5555 ext. 100.
