Minor injuries were reported in a Tuesday two-vehicle crash on Interstate 77.
Ohio State Patrol New Philadelphia Post Sgt. William bower explains they were dispatched, at 3:54 pm, for the accident around exit 86.
He says the roadway was shut down for a few hours for cleanup.
“It did involve a pick-up truck and a semi-tractor trailer. It appears that the pick-up truck ran into the back of the semi-trailer.”
The 72-year-old pick-up truck driver was transported to Aultman Hospital with unknown injuries.
The Ohio Department of Transportation assisted with traffic.
