Nick McWilliams reporting – A scholarship fund created in honor of two community members is open for donations.

The John and Ann Page Memorial Scholarship was created to benefit Claymont High School seniors moving on to the next step of life.

Both helped created The Pillars Club in Uhrichsville, and were always looking to help those in need in the community, according to a Claymont Foundation release.

John supported athletes across a four-county area, including Tuscarawas, while Ann served for 37 years as a crossing guard for the school.

Donations can be sent to the John and Ann Page Memorial Scholarship C/O Claymont Foundation, Inc., P.O. Box 222, Uhrichsville, Ohio 44683.
