Mary Alice Reporting – A local second-grade teacher is being recognized by the Ohio Lottery’s Partners in Education program.
Angie Couts is the Teacher of the Month and works at Port Washington Elementary.
The education program honors teachers and students working hard throughout the state and administrator Jody Ditcher says that, “Couts creates and maintains a terrific rapport with her students. Her ability to connect with all students sets up the ultimate learning environment in which students want to learn and show what they know.”
For being Teacher of the Month, Couts will be given an assortment of merchandise from the program and a gift card.
