Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum A Relaxing Morning of Qigong
An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until March 29, 2023
Join the Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum for a relaxing morning of Qigong (pronounced ‘Chee gong’) every Wednesday starting January 4 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am. Want a good way to shake off those mid-week blues, feeling the dreary winter season setting in, or just want a fun, relaxing way to get moving? Why not spend an hour with Holli Rainwater with a session of Qigong. Qigong is an ancient Chinese healthcare system that combines gentle body movements, breath practice, and deep relaxation. The museum will use the Tai Che Qigong Shibashi form as their core practice. No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and lightweight shoes. The ongoing program is offered at no charge and made possible by the support of the Ohio Arts Council. The Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum is located in Historic Rosco Village at 300 N Whitewomen Street, Coshocton, OH 43812.
