Program on Bolivar’s Bicentennial

The Bolivar Branch of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System will present a series on the Bolivar’s Bicentennial. The series will have attendees reminiscing about days gone by, appreciating the local heritage unique to the Village of Bolivar, and, perhaps, pondering the possibilities Bolivar’s future. The series is sponsored by the Bolivar Main Street Association and presented in partnership with local organizations and longtime county residents. Dale Duerr will present the captivating history of the Village of Bolivar to the present day highlighting key events and figures that have shaped the community.
