The event begins at 1pm\, located at 213 Canal Street\, Newcomerstown. This is a free community event. Ice cream and hot dogs (until gone)\, Historic Music Program (1:30pm)\, Free Raffle: giveaways and 250th Anniversary Quilt Raffle. $2 per ticket or 3 for $5. Tent seating for 72 – bring your lawn chair\, wear your red\, white\, and blue. Free parking at: Museum\, First Baptist Church\, Light in the Valley Ministries\, and the Senior Center.
