Scholarship Details & Eligibility. Two (2) one-time awards of $500 each will be granted to qualifying seniors. Applicants must be graduating seniors who either reside in Tuscarawas County\, attend a Tuscarawas County high school\, or are part of a county-based homeschooling network. Recipients may use the funds toward a certificate program\, associate degree\, or bachelor’s degree at any accredited post-secondary institution.
