Dickey will explain the creation of the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District and its role in our region. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of what a watershed is and how water moves through our local environment. The event will begin with a parade at 5 pm (line up will begin at 4 pm off of Riggle Hill Road at Maher Road). They are looking for area Fire Departments\, Churches\, 4-H Clubs\, Local Organizations\, Past Festival Queens and Past Members of the departments to go and participate in the parade. “The more the merrier!” There will be a few of their all-time favorite past Homecoming games to participate in after the parade. Following the parade they will be serving Italian sausage sandwiches (w/pepper & onions) among other foods and desserts. The day will conclude with a Square Dance/Line Dance from 8 – 11 pm with Dan Kirk calling. Go out and reminisce with neighbors\, family and friends and enjoy an evening of fun\, food and games. All proceeds benefit the Fairfield Township Volunteer Fire Department.
