The festival will be held from 11 am – 2 pm at Dover Middle School. Marching into Summer 2026 will feature a free concert by the Dover Steel Band and Dover Jazz Band. You can enjoy yard games\, a raffle auction\, several food trucks will be there\, you can meet the majorettes\, take a turn dunking their directors in a dunk tank\, cow pie bingo and more. Cow pie bingo tickets are now on sale for $20 per ticket and tickets will be sold in advance. Your ticket buys a 3 x 3 plot on the grid and a chance to win $1\,000! At 12 – Noon on the day of the festival\, a cow will be led to the field with a grid and left to do its business. Wherever the cow pie lands\, that 3’ x 3’ plot owner will win $1\,000. She will share samples with those who attend the program. Registration limited to 40 participants. This program is a prelude to the Dover Public Library’s Chocolate Walk on June 13. \nFawcett retired after 22 years with the Dover Public Library.
