Through her experiences\, Trimmer discovered how God used an ordinary person – a mom\, a Mimi – to accomplish the extraordinary.  A book signing will follow the program. \nThis program will be held on Tuesday\, September 22 at 6:30 PM in the community room of the Dover Public Library\, located at 525 N. A certified officiant will provide individual ceremonies with the library setting as the backdrop. There is no charge for the marriage ceremony and the program is first come\, first served. Couples wishing to be married must present their marriage license\, and couples wishing to renew their vows must present their marriage certificate.
