Joyce C. Miller, 67, of Strasburg, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 9, 2021 following a 21 year battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She was born in Cambridge on August 15, 1954 to the late Melvin and Helen Casterline and had lived most of her life in Strasburg.
She is survived by her husband, Ron; sons, Philip (Leah) Reifenschneider of Strasburg and Scott Reifenschneider of Canton; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Shirley (Don) Leighley of Strasburg, Cynthia Zantene of Scio and Kay Casterline of Florida; brothers, Ray Casterline and Gary Casterline, both of Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Riefenschneider.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Fairlawn Mennonite Church, 8520 Emerson Road, Apple Creek, with Pastor Steve Bixler officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5-8 PM at the church.
