Judith K. Schmitz, 79, passed away on November 15, 2021, at Riverside Manor Nursing and Rehab in Newcomerstown. Judith was born September 20, 1942, in Coshocton to the late James Albert and Lois Arlene (Moore) Glazer. She was a former waitress and retired from Bates Metal of Port Washington. Judith enjoyed camping and bowling.
Judith is survived by her son, Mark (Tami) Lawrence of North Dakota; grandchildren, Bobby (Katie) Arasin Jr., Justin Lawrence, Colby, Colton, and Cassie Rostvet; brother Larrie Glazer of Newcomerstown; sister, Melody Pappas of Newcomerstown; several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Judith is preceded in death by companion Larry Worley; stepfather Leonard Corwin; daughter, Candie Sue Lawrence; sister, Darlene White; brother, Donnie Glazer; stepsister, Judy Sorrell; sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Glazer, Linda Glazer; brother-in-law, Jim Pappas.
The service for Judith Schmitz will be held on Thursday, November 18, at 8:00 PM at Addy Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Reed officiating. Visitation will also take place on Thursday, from 6-8 PM, prior to the service.
