Mary Alice Reporting –

Three Uhrichsville men are facing multiple charges in the death and subsequent bumping of John Bashline, 37, of Powhatan Point.

An investigation determined that the May incident occurred during alcohol consumption, at a residence on Feed Spring Road, and reckless handling of a firearm.

Tuscarawas County Sheriff Detectives noted that after the victim suffered a single gunshot wound to the chest, Bashline was put into a vehicle, which was driven and left near the Twin City Medical Center.

The Grand Jury has now issued an indictment for Dominic Reynolds and Michael Reynolds on charges of tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.

Dalbert Sanders is facing charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, tampering with evidence, using a weapon while intoxicated, and abuse of a corpse. Sanders is believed to have been holding the weapon at the time of Bashline’s death.
