Patty Lou Hunt went to sleep in the Lord Jesus Christ on Friday, November 5, 2021, at approximately 1:30 PM. Patty was born to the late Frank and Amanda (Johnson) Larrison in the small community of Otsego, Muskingum County, Ohio on April 13, 1940. Patty married her husband John Hunt, who survives, on July 31, 1976. Patty and John just celebrated 45 years of marriage this year.

Patty experienced the new birth in Christ Jesus on October 28, 1981, under the ministry of Rev. Richard Treat. For the past 26 years, she was a member of Trinity Gospel Temple of Canton under the ministry of Brother Dave Lombardi. Not only was Patty wife and best friend to her husband, John, but she was also his sister in Christ Jesus.

Patty was employed by Groovfold Manufacturing for several years. She later worked at 31 Inc. for 11 years, retiring in 2002.
Patty had many hobbies and interests. For many years she was an avid bowler at Emerald Lanes, bowling in the Thursday Night Ladies League, then eventually winning back-to-back championships in 1996-1997 and 1997-1998. She also enjoyed going mushroom hunting, hunting with her husband John, fishing, camping, and traveling. One of the highlights of her life was to have the opportunity in 1997 to visit the Nation of Israel.

Along with her husband, John, Patty is leaving behind her children, Kenny Adams and his wife Denise of Canal Lewisville, Rick Adam Hunt and his companion Caitlin of New Philadelphia, Connie Ludwig and her husband Bill of Fresno, and Joni Le Hunt of the home. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Frank Larrison of Kimbolton; sister, Nancy Danley of Fresno.

The Celebration of Life for Patty Hunt will be held on Thursday, November 11, at 11:00 AM at Addy Funeral Home of Newcomerstown. Calling hours will take place on Wednesday, November 10, from 6-8 PM. Associate Pastor Sharon Carnes, from Trinity Gospel Temple will be ministering the Grace of our Heavenly Father at the service. Burial will follow at Hartwood Cemetery.
