Mary Alice Reporting – Healthy Tusc is asking Tuscarawas County residents to take a short survey about the quality of life in the valley.

This anonymous study is launched every three years and is intended for the collaborative group to get an insight into what the community could be improved.

Healthy Tusc Chairperson Jennifer Demuth explains questions can include how safe an individual feels, if access to healthy food and healthcare is adequate, and if the county provides opportunities for everyone to be healthy.

“It’s just a brief online survey where we want as many Tuscarawas County residents as possible to weigh-in and really let us know their opinion of life right here in Tuscarawas County.”

The survey will be available until July 22nd and afterward, Demuth notes that the results will then help the collaborative group choose healthy strategies.

“This is a chance for Tuscarawas County to get a vote in what Healthy Tusc works on in the next few years to just improve life here. We really have a great community but at the same time, there are always things we can do to get stronger and that’s what we want to work on at Healthy Tusc.”

She reiterates that it’s a quick process, roughly five minutes, with the survey is available at https://link.edgepilot.com/s/416761a9/rR78WVAa2Euuw2tRkNp9PA?u=https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2022TuscQOL
