ROAD CLOSINGS

~ State Route 800 is closed for 75 days just north of Mineral City through the SR 800/SR 183 intersection. For more information click here for the project webpage. For a detailed map of the closure click here. 

~ State Route 258 resurfacing: 13 miles of SR 258 will be resurfaced from Salt Fork Road to Speck Road. During this work traffic will be maintained via flaggers. The completion date is September 30, 2022.

Coshocton County

~ U.S. Route 36 closure near New Castle for culvert replacement– Beginning Monday, June 6, U.S. 36 is scheduled to close just east of SR 229 for approximately 21 days for a culvert replacement. Detour: U.S 36 to SR 206 to SR 715 to U.S. 36 and reverse.

~ SR 16 reconstruction between the Muskingum County line and Spitler Drive– This project will replace the pavement on SR 16 from the Muskingum County line to Spitler Drive intersection. The estimated project completion is Fall 2024.

~ State Route 93 resurfacing – Motorists can expect daily flagged lane closure for resurfacing on SR 93 from SR 541 (south of Plainfield) to U.S. 36. The estimated project completion is Summer 2022. 

Harrison County

~ State Route 519 preventative maintenance: Work is underway on a preventative maintenance project from New Athens to U.S. Route 22. During this work, traffic will be maintained via flaggers. The completion date is September 30, 2022.

~ SR 151 slide repair south of Hopedale: Work is set to begin Monday, June 6, on a SR 151 slide repair project located just south of Hopedale between 5th Street and Rabbit Road. Traffic will be maintained via temporary traffic signals with a 10-foot width restriction. The completion date is May 31, 2023.

Holmes County

~ U.S. 62 slide repair project: Work is set to begin Monday, June 6, on a slide repair project located 2.5 miles east of Killbuck. Traffic will be maintained via temporary traffic signals. The completion date is October 31, 2022.

~ State Route 557 & State Route 643 resurfacing project: The project includes the resurfacing of State Route 557 from U.S. Route 62 to State Route 93. State Route 643 will be resurfaced from State Route 557 to State Route 651. Traffic will be maintained via flaggers. The completion date is October 31, 2022.
