An annual event has once again been a success to help the Tuscarawas County YMCA.
The 5K race, which takes place every year on Thanksgiving, brought in over $27,000 in support of the Y’s Annual Campaign.
All proceeds provide direct financial assistance to local youth and families who would otherwise not be able to afford membership or participation in Y programs like swim lessons, preschool, afterschool, youth sports, gymnastics, day camp, and Teen Leaders Club.
2022 marked the 51st Turkey Trot with 907 registered participants ranging in age from 4 to 85.
