Nick McWilliams reporting – A long investigation from the Coshocton County Special Victims Unit ended with an arrest this week.
The unit, through the sheriff’s office, initiated an investigation on October 6th which involved a juvenile.
Following the lengthy investigation, 41-year-old Elizabeth Walser of Warsaw was taken into custody on Monday, with formal charges handed down Wednesday.
Walser faces a single count of rape, a first-degree felony.
The county prosecutor’s and job and family services’ office assisted in the investigation.
