Loretta “Letty” Dwiggins, 80, of Strasburg passed away at Union Hospital on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
Born in Dover, she was the daughter of the late John William Keller and Elnola Alta Snyder. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Sally Keller.
Letty was a talented artist and enjoyed painting and making her own greeting cards. She loved dancing, especially to country-western, and taught dancing classes for many years. She was also an avid golfer.
On November 9, 1963, she married Robert Dwiggins, who survives. She will also be sadly missed by her son; Tracey Dwiggins of Strasburg; her sister, Patricia (Ken) Hertzell of Dover; along with her grandchildren, Stephanie (David) Mayfield and Erica Griesen; along with two great-grandchildren, Arianna and Aiven Mayfield.
