Nick McWilliams reporting – The largest health clinic for uninsured workers has received the highest designation possible from the NAFC.

The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics analyzes data and information from each organization to determine the quality of care provided to patrons.

The Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured received a gold rating from the latest NAFC analysis.

The clinic provides care to working individuals from the county or residents from the county who are at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.

The judging is based on various standards related to categories such as administrative, credentialing systems, patient care, clinic and pharmacy responsibilities, and more.

Residents who are interested in knowing more about the clinic or about their eligibility can call (330) 364-1853 for an appointment.

The clinic in Dover is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
