Mary Alice Reporting – Motorists will need to plan ahead for delays that will occur roughly two miles west of Dover.
The Ohio Department of Transportation indicates overhead installation, by AEP, will happen Thursday morning on State Route 39, near Ervin Road.
The roadway will see temporary closures in both directions starting at 9am. The Ohio State Highway Patrol will stop traffic, and this could cause delays lasting up to 15 minutes.
