Mary Alice Reporting – The Strasburg Police Department is noting a scam that was brought to their attention.
According to their post, some community members received letters seeking donations for the village’s police department.
Chief David Warrick stresses that this communication is not legitimate and points out that his department would not mail out letters seeking funding.
These messages are a scam and anyone receiving one is asked to report it to law enforcement.
