Darla Jean Hanni, 61, of Dover, Passed away on Monday, May 28, 2024, at Akron General Hospital.
Born in Canton, Ohio on January 29, 1963, she was the daughter of the late John and Ramona (Waller) Tucker. She was also preceded in death by her son, Shane Hanni; her sister, Terri L. Mallett; and her brother, Steve L. Tucker.
Darla enjoyed being outdoors; especially when the weather was nice. She could be found sitting outside with her beloved dog, Gizmo “Gizzy.” She also loved spending time with her family.
She leaves behind her siblings; Fred (Linda) Tucker of Muskegon, MI, Sandra (Mike) Wikoff of Dover, Paul (Shirley) Tucker of Beach City, Debbie (Mike) Himes of Strasburg; along with many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Strasburg on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 2 pm with Pastor Rod Phillips officiating.
