Norma L. Page, 97, of New Philadelphia, passed away Monday, October 1, 2024, in Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Schoenbrunn in New Philadelphia.
Born at Dennison, Norma was the daughter of the late Herbert Ross and Edith Lois (Host) Hathaway and had formerly worked as an Aide for the former Valley Manor Nursing Home at New Philadelphia.
On December 18, 1948, she married Charles Page and together they shared over 44 years of marriage until his death on September 26, 1993.
Norma is survived by her children, Michael (Karen) Page of Dover, Melody (Dan) Dieter of New Philadelphia, Nancy (James) Green of Walnut Creek and Robin Page of New Philadelphia; her brother, Richard Hathaway of Brunswick, Maine; ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and five great-great- grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Norma was preceded in death by a daughter, Jerry Sue Ervin; two grandsons, Nathan Green and Christopher Roth; a brother, Gene Hathaway and two sisters, Helen Palmer and Donna Quillen.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation care is to be provided by the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia and a private burial will take place in East Avenue Cemetery at New Philadelphia.
