The Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition Annual Meeting

The Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition invites the community to join them for their Annual Meeting on Thursday, December 12, 2024, in the Community Room at the Dover Public Library. The event begins with cookies and refreshments at 4:00PM, followed by the meeting at 4:30PM. The Annual Meeting will cover 2024 reports and discuss TCLC’s impactful initiatives and upcoming plans, including A recap of the 2024 One Book, One Community program Announcement of the One Book, One Community 2025 title and partnerships, Tutoring resources available through Dover Public Library and Tuscarawas County Public Library System – Bolivar location, Details of the Community Shred Day fundraising event in August, And Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition’s 2025 Literacy Scholarship The Tuscarawas County Literacy Coalition is supporting the Share-A-Christmas program this year through a book nation campaign. Members can receive $5 off their 2025 TCLC membership by donating a new children’s book at the Annual Meeting. All books collected will support Share-A-Christmas and benefit local children in need. TCLC looks forward to celebrating literacy and community engagement on Thursday, December 12, starting at 4:00PM in the Community Room at the Dover Public Library.
