The Dover man jailed without bond in connection with a missing child investigation out of Georgia was back in court Tuesday.

Antonio Agustin-Ailon is scheduled to be tried beginning march 5th on six felony counts, including rape, gross sexual, imposition, and interfering with custody.

Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court judge Michael Ernest set the date after deeming the 34-year-old fit to be tried for the crimes.

He waived his right to an expedited trial, allowing his attorneys more time to prepare.

The alleged crimes involved a 12-year-old who went missing from her home in Gainesville, Georgia. She reportedly left with willingly and was with him when he was taken into custody outside of the New Philadelphia Walmart.
