Dollie Jeannette Marinucci, 93, of Kimbolton, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at her home. She was born June 16, 1931, in Chester, WV to the late Hollie and Alice (Henderson) Bosworth.

She was a 1950 graduate of East Liverpool High School and continued her schooling to become an STNA. Dollie had several different jobs over the years, including working as a school aide in the Parma school system, an STNA at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown, a preschool teacher at The Good Neighbor Place, and a babysitter in her home. She had previously worked at a dairy in Cleveland, where she first met her husband.

Dollie was a member of the Newcomerstown Church of the Nazarene, and she loved her church family dearly. Dollie loved baking, cooking, and reading. She enjoyed watching her game shows, westerns, The Golden Girls, The Cleveland Browns, and The Indians. She could play cards or board games for hours and never get enough.

She absolutely loved Christmas. She was known for her superb hosting, always giving food to everyone, and keeping her house immaculate. She was a fountain of love, especially for those who came under her care. She gave love to all. Her favorite thing was spending time with her family, and she will be dearly missed by all of them.

Dollie married James A. Marinucci, Sr. on September 18, 1954, with whom she spent 65 wonderful years of marriage before his passing in March of 2020.

Dollie is survived by her two sons, Mark (Malerie) Marinucci and James (Myra) Marinucci; six grandchildren, Betsy Marinucci, Rachel (Dave) McElroy, Zach (Sarah) Marinucci, Rose (Craig Tompkins) Marinucci, Jessica Marinucci, and Nathan (Grayson) Marinucci; five great-grandchildren, Davey and Dominic McElroy, Mia and Maeve Marinucci, and Ellary Marinucci; as well as many nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law, whom she loved.In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services for Dollie will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the Newcomerstown Church of the Nazarene with Pastor John Kohr officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, December 28th, two hours prior to the service, from 11 to 1 at the Nazarene church.
