The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is providing an update following a body found along the road.
The latest development is identifying the man found on February 7th along Cashmere Road, in Perry Township. Just before 10 am, highway workers discovered the body in a tarp.
The Carroll County Coroner’s Office has identified the man as Douglas Hubler.
The investigation continues. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office encourages anyone with information regarding Hubler to call their office at 330-627-2141.
