A Newcomerstown man is facing driving under suspension, operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to display headlights charges.
On April 8th, an Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a Dodge Ram operated by Robert Triplett, 60, for not having headlights on.
The 8:20pm stop was on US 36 westbound in Oxford Township.
The case is pending in the Tuscarawas County Southern District court.
