Funeral services are scheduled for the Uhrichsville couple who died following a fatal motorcycle crash on Sunday on state Route 250 near New Philadelphia.
47-year-old Keith Morris and 44- year-old Jill Morris were on their way home from a charity bike run when the camper-trailer they were pulling started swaying and caused their Harley-Davidson motorcycle to overturn. They are survived by their parents and three children. Keith was recently employed by Culligan Water in Dover. Jill worked at Claymont High School as a cook. According to an obituary, Keith loved coaching softball, and Jill grew sunflowers.
Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at RK Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. The funeral service will follow at 2. A graveside service will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Newport Cemetery near Marietta. Memorial donations can be made to the Yellowjackets Motorcycle Club in Uhrichsville.
