As crews replace the entire heating, cooling, and ventilation system at the Tuscarawas County Health Department, they will close early today and tomorrow.
Director of Health Promotion & Community Relations Jennifer Demuth says the building will close on this Tuesday and on Wednesday at noon.
“Closing early because of the extreme heat and the insufficient air condition in the building during the construction project that is ongoing.”
The hope is that crews finishing installing the new systems by next week.
Demuth adds that their drive-thru pet preparedness event happening Wednesday afternoon will still take place from 3 to 6.
