
There will be a Bike Rodeo and Safety Night in Sugarcreek on Thursday starting at 4:30 p.m. at the fire station pavilion on North Broadway.
Tuscarawas County Health Department spokesperson Jennifer Demuth says it will be a fun, family event with local safety forces. Free bike helmets to those who arrive early, presentations and a visit from the health department’s facility dog Cody, a golden retriever. Business sponsors will provide prizes and free hot dogs and cookies while supplies last.
The Village of Sugarcreek, the Sugarcreek Business Association, the fire and police departments, and the Tuscarawas County Health Department are partnering to host the event that again starts at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the fire station pavilion on North Broadway in Sugarcreek.
