New Philadelphia Elks Annual Cerebral Palsy Holiday Craft Fair will take place Saturday, November 14th from 9 am – 4 pm. They will have a Bake Sale, and a Lunch Stand will be available. The New Philadelphia Elks is located at 1180 Union Avenue NW, New Philadelphia.
