The Rainbow Connection’s 53rd annual telethon wrapped up Sunday with another standout year of community support.
Combined with the organization’s weeklong auction, the event had raised more than $368,000 by the time the telethon went off the air Sunday.
Rainbow Connection Director Perci Garnder shared that Sunday’s total ended up exceeding last year’s record amount by roughly $16,000.
All proceeds Rainbow Connection Telethon help support disabled and disadvantaged residents in Tuscarawas County.
