Adalberto “Tito” Medina Guzman, 59, of Midvale passed away suddenly on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital.
He was born on July 6, 1963, in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, and was the son of the late Nicolas and Lydia Medina Guzman. Tito was also preceded in death by a sister and brother.
He was a wonderful and loving father who enjoyed being with his family and working in his garden.
Tito is survived by his children, Jenice Medina, Silma (Luis) Irizarry Medina, Luis (Maria) Medina all of New Philadelphia, Jose (Julivette) Medina of Midvale; seven siblings and five grandchildren, Joelys, Keneth, Kamila, Austin and Noel.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 7th starting at 10:30 am in the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover with David and Marietta Slentz officiating. Interment will be in the Schoenbrunn Meadow Cemetery, New Philadelphia. The family will be greeting friends at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
