An Akron man was taken into custody on February 15th and is now facing his 5th OVI offense.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers from the New Philadelphia Post observed Richard Hahn driving distracted on I-77 at around 1:30am. During the stop, troopers observed signs of impairment and Hahn was taken into custody.
He is charged with Operating a Vehicle while Impaired and his court date, out of Canton Municipal, is schedule for April 30th.
The Patrol reminds the public to use #677 to report impaired drivers or drug activity.
