An injury accident was called in, prompting Coshocton County Sheriff Deputies to respond, at 11pm, to US 36, in Bethlehem Township.
The Wednesday caller advised 911 dispatch that there was a single vehicle rollover.
Deputies determined that 35-year-old Albert Schuler, of New Philadelphia, had been westbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehilce went off the roadway, struck a utility pole, and overturned coming to rest in the religious centers parking lot.
Schuler was transported by EMS with his injuries unknown.
Coshocton Deputies are continuing to investigate but released that alcohol is considered to be a factor.
