Over four-days, hunters using muzzleloaders had the chance to bag a deer in Ohio.
Natural Resources Division of Wildlife says the total was 12,712 white-tailed deer, which included archery equipment, between January 6th and 9th.
The top three counties were Coshocton at 453, Tuscarawas hunters checked 416, and Muskingum came in with 389.
Hunters have checked over 203,000 deer with all implements during the 2023-24 season as of Tuesday.
Archery season continues until Sunday, February 4th.
