Andrew Rogers, age 26, of New Philadelphia, was taken from his family and friends on November 6, 2022.
A son of Carol M. Zinssar Rogers of Dover and the late Robert A. Rogers, Andrew was born on March 2, 1996, in Middletown, New York.
Andrew was always known for his generosity and that was seen in his passing, where he gave the gift of life to many others through his donations to LifeBanc. Andrew was also a music fan and loved attending music festivals. He also was an avid gamer and followed Sykuno on YouTube. When not at home, he loved traveling and spending time in the water at the beach.
In addition to his mother, Andrew will be deeply missed by his siblings, Faith Rogers of Dover and David Rogers of Dover; his grandfather, Raymond Zinssar of Ballston Lake, New York; his beloved friends, James Reardon and Ben Goehring; and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Rebecca Rogers.
A memorial visitation will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022, in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover, where Pastor Jon Long will lead a service celebrating Andrew’s life at 3:00 PM.
