Nick McWilliams reporting – Interested applicants are being asked to send their resumes for an open council seat in New Philadelphia.
The Tuscarawas County Republican Central Committee is accepting applications from now through January 19th.
All interested citizens must live within Ward 4 limits in the city, and be a registered Republican voter.
Interviews will be conducted on January 26th, with the selection made at 6 p.m. at the Republican headquarters in New Phila.
The vacancy was created following the resignation of Jim Seldenright, effective January 1st.
