Barbara A. Rehard, 85, of Newcomerstown, passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Oak Pointe Nursing Home, Baltic. She was born December 8, 1938 in Newcomerstown to the late Clarence E. and Virginia Ruby (King) Davis. She was a Newcomerstown High School graduate. She shared her love of cooking and baking with her children and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
On June 28, 1963, she married her husband, Robert E. Rehard, who passed away in 2018. Barbara is survived by two sons, Robert (Jeannie) Rehard Jr. and Corey (Debbie) Rehard, both of Newcomerstown; one daughter, Patty Watson of Columbus; grandchildren, Robert E. (Amber) Rehard III, Ashley Rehard, Sarah A. Watson (fiancé Trevor Rusch), Madison Rehard (fiancé Caleb), Breanna Rehard; step-grandson, Rusty Shull; great-grandchildren, MaKayla Rehard, Amarallis and Nicholas Demos; step-great-grandchild, Alexa Schuler; brother, Robert E. Davis of Guernsey; brother-in-law, Larry (Cheryl) Rehard of West Lafayette. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Sue Ellen; a granddaughter, Bonnie Fornash; a great-grandson, Jackson Weaver; a son-in-law Bruce Watson; siblings, Ruby J. Roahrig, John Larry Davis, Charles W. “Bill” Davis.
Graveside services for family and friends will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Coshocton Memory Gardens with Pastor Mike Kennedy officiating.
