A fundraiser will benefit the Tuscarawas Clinic for the Working Uninsured and will be held on February 24th at Kent State University Performing Arts Center.

Casino Royale is hosted by the local United Way and includes silent and live auctions and casino games from 6 to 10pm.

Clinic Executive Director Pat Warther says this is one of their main fundraisers for the year.

“We rely on the generosity of our sponsors and people that attend to help raise money for the clinic. That money is used to help support our office to make sure that we can provide free medical care to the working uninsured of Tuscarawas County.”

Tickets are $50 and can be purchased in advance online at www.tuscunitedway.org/events and at the Clinic for the Working Uninsured located at 420 Reeves Avenue in Dover.

The Clinic is a non-profit providing healthcare access to working, uninsured citizen’s ages 18-64 who live or work in Tuscarawas County and are at or below 199% of the federal poverty level.
