Charles William Beohm, age 83, of Dellroy, Ohio, died Monday morning, March 2, 2026, in Aultman Hospital at Canton.
He was born January 3, 1943, in Star City, West Virginia and was the son of the late Charles Hobert and Ann Blanch (Spinks) Beohm. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Marshall Beohm, a sister, Sheila Barney, and an infant sister Darla Sue Beohm.
He owned and operated the former Char-Lynn Group Home, a residential center in Mechanicstown for 17 years. Charles was a 1962 graduate of Wellsville High School and was a veteran of the U.S. Army, who honorably served in Viet Nam. He spent countless hours engaged in his favorite pastime, which was fishing at Atwood Lake. He took a great deal of pride in caring for the property around his Dellroy area home.
He is survived by two sons, Clint William Beohm of Waynesburg, OH, and Shane Allen (Melanie) Beohm of Carrollton, OH, a daughter, Jennifer Ann Beohm of Waynesburg, five grandchildren and two great- grandsons, a sister, Shirley Rolley of Columbiana, OH, and two brothers, Cliff Beohm of Cincinnati, OH, and Eddie (Barbara) Beohm of Columbiana.
Calling hours for Charles Beohm will be observed on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 3:00 until 5:00 P.M. in the Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville. Per Charles’ request, no formal funeral service is planned. Interment of his ashes will take place at a later date in the Columbiana County Memorial Park.
